Then again, you could be to.In fact, there really is very little we can honestly take as sane. The reason for this is that a perception of sanity comes from the individual that judges it.And what if the judge them self is insane?

The response came back from the darkness "Where are you standing?"
Where are you standing?
Answering this question allows you to judge your lens - your perception. This is a powerful first step in changing your ways of processing the information you receive on a daily basis.
You see, a person of flowing spirit processes the world differently than others do. When given an opportunity to cheat, it is an opportunity to do right. When slighted, it is not a chance for revenge, but a chance to infuse love into a situation - like turning on the light in a room full of darkness. When faced with an challenge, it is not a chance to get angry or run away, but a chance to rise above.
This technique alone can make the difference between creating a life filled with love, faith, and laughter, and being stuck in the same sad story, repeating yourself and your stresses over and over again.

How to reset your perception
Once of the most amazing abilities that we have as human beings is the ability to consciously chance ourselves both internally and externally to achieve even our most seemingly unreachable goals. We can see it in the tales and legends of the real life heroes and visionaries that have come before us. What is the difference between you them?
They simply harnessed the power, knowingly or unknowingly, of right perception!
There is a very simple exercise that can show you the unlimited possabilities when you start putting this into action:
You only need three things:
A quiet spot where you won't be interrupted.
A person or character that you admire and wish you could be like
A situation or scenario that is bothering you
First, sit down comfortably. Close your eyes and deeply breathe in and out. Take at least five seconds to inhale and fifteen seconds to exhale. Do this ten times.Once you have finished your breathing, sit back and let the silence of the room surround you. Notice the sound of the silence. If all is not silent, listen to the background noise. Make no judgements (don't feel angry or irritated that someone is being loud - just listen.)
In your mind, imagine walking through a beautiful garden. It can be day time or night time, which ever you prefer. Make it as beautiful as possible. As you travel down a small dirt path, you see another figure coming towards you. This is your avatar, the person or character that you have chosen.
Take in their complete appearance. Imagine all the details of this person.Ask them their name. After the tell you, introduce yourself to them out loud.
Step towards them until you are about one foot away. Turn your back to them and step back as if you were going to purposely run into them. Instead, feel your spirit slide into their body. Now, you are in this new person's body, seeing through their eyes! Say your name out loud again, only this time, use your avatar's name. Do this ten times.
Imagine the troubling situation or scenario you are encountering. Imagine it as you see it now. Visualize your actual self in this image, not your avatar.
Second, visualize the scenario or situation again, only this time your avatar (with you inside them) are experiencing it in the first person. Your avatar must act as you imagine they would act. See them turn this situation on it's head, view it differently, laugh at people you personally may be afraid of. Let the avatar completely change the rules you have perceived about this challenge.Repeat this five times.
Breathe deeply in silence. Then, while smiling, open your eyes and greet the world. Immediately set about dealing with your difficult situation with the same intensity and gusto your avatar does.
